Focusing is an phenomenological approach to accessing our felt experiences and is therapeutic for both counsellor and client.
 Greg describes the day:
'We will work from 'the body backwards to how we think, inverting our usual habit of putting concepts first. The day will centre around the practice of Focusing and the philosophy of Eugene Gendlin to develop an embodied-relational mode of therapy'
